A journalist for more than two decades, I also take photos professionaly – but most often for sheer enjoyment. I grew up in northern England and have lived in Munich, southern Germany, for the last couple of decades. As well as travel writing (with photography when given the opportunity), some of the most fascinating and diverse places I've been to in the past decade include Morocco, Malta and Middlesbrough, as well as Andean Argentina to visit family and friends there.
